Sharon and her family have been residents of Collin County for over 20 years. She has been actively involved in many service oriented associations (including PTA's, PTO's, Women's Associations, Tennis Associations and community outreach programs). Sharon enjoys working with each client as an individual to help them meet their goals. Sharon has been focused on residential real estate in Collin County for over 10-years. In the summer of 2001 I got my real estate license with the state of Texas. I remember working on interviews with the various Brokers including Ebby Halliday, Century 21, Keller Williams, Coldwell Banker and Prudential. It was tough at the time as so many of the firms were flooded with unemployed professionals from industries like telecom looking at new careers in Residential Real Estate. My first year seemed to start slow, but I ended it with over 2 million in sales. I have continued to increase my production each year, earning the Sterling Award 2 years in a row and last year selling over $6.5 million and earning the Diamond Award. I've kicked around the idea of building a team- but that's not me and the service I feel comfortable providing my clients. I think my success is attributed to the personal touch I provide my clients. I enjoy working with buyers and listening to their wants/needs and finding their dream home. After being in this business I know I would rather have an Agent that would work with me from start to finish and that I could trust like a friend. Well as simple as it sounds that’s my strategy and its working. Unoriginal but my jingle is "Sharon Weltner your Friend in Real Estate".
